Apply sunscreen before sun exposure. Often renew the application in order to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or cleaning with a towel.

Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes.
Avoid sun exposure in the hottest hours (12-16h).
In case of prolonged exposure, apply sunscreen even on cloudy or foggy days.
